Happy Wednesday y'all!
I'm linking up with Jamie over at This Kind Of Love
for What I'm Loving Wednesday
{One}
There's so much to love about Holy Week, first & foremost the midweek services!
Regardless of your denomination, most churches are celebrating Holy Week with a wide array
of worship services, most of them beginning tomorrow night with
Maundy Thursday communion followed by Good Friday's Tenebrae.

Unless you're living under a rock, or outside the South, you also know this is Masters Week.
It also means for the next 5 months I'm what's affectionately known as a Golf Widow.
In fact, all the men in Jeff's family & in mine are making their annual trip to Augusta this morning!
But if you ask me, the best part of the tourney is today's Par 3 Contest where the kids caddie :)

Hot Cross Buns! A Good Friday confectionery tradition I'll be making with my nephews & SIL
tomorrow from the Pioneer Woman's recipe, of course.

There are so many fabulous digital magazines options, but two of my favorites are
Matchbook & Dabble. And their new April issues just launched.
I'm counting on both to keep me occupied on the ride back from Birmingham to Atlanta today!
{Five}
One of my favorite classics is airing on TCM Sunday night (7pm), Easter Parade.
Set your DVRs because this is an Irving Berlin musical not to be missed!
It's a romantic comedy/musical in technicolor starring Judy Garland, Fred Astaire & Peter Lawford.

New Spring Dresses!
Since Jeff & I headed to Birmingham at the last minute Friday, I was already in Atlanta on a girls' weekend and without appropriate dresses for a funeral or Easter. All I had was a pair of nude heels & running gear.
Thankfully B'ham has endless Boutiques & Department Stores as well as my sweet Sister-in-law!
With her assistance, these are the togs I picked up for the week:
1 / 2 / 3 / 4

I was fortunate enough to get an advance copy of Pete Wilson's new book Empty Promises.
If you read his first book Plan B then you get why I'm almost sad to finish his latest.
I'll be blogging a review of it here next week, but in the meantime check it out & order a copy!
So far it's been a gripping read daring us to take inventory of our personal relationships with God
So what are y'all loving this Wednesday?
Head on over to Jamie's blog & link up!

Those dresses are absolutely precious, and The Masters is one of my favorite times of the year- love it!
My husband is pulling for Phil! Can't help but like him. And do you ever catch Pioneer Woman on the Food Network? I've caught it the last few Saturday mornings and she's just as lovely via TV!
I'm loving this Holy Week and just the promise of something greater to come. We certainly need that hope from day-to-day!
I love watching Easter Parade too!!! It's one of my faves!
I'm always on the look out for some cute Spring dresses too! Those are totally adorable:)
Did you really buy four dresses? Lovely dresses.
Happy Easter!! Enjoy your time with your family.
My dad went to the practice round in Augusta yesterday. I've never been (never cared for golf), but would like to see the azaleas once and eat the pimento cheese :)
I read Empty Promises for a review too and really liked it. A lot more than I thought I would. Can't wait to do a full review.
Loving all your dresses!
Loving all your dresses!
I'm always looking for my next book to read. Empty Promises is definitely going on my list.
I am loving spring dresses too! And iced coffee and sunshine this week :)
I'm so starting to look forward to these weekly posts! Those dresses are amazing, the book looks like a page turner, and "Easter Parade!"
I love freaking love old movies.
Can't wait to read your review of the book.
The kids caddying is just TOO cute! And I can't wait to hear about the book! I've been meaning to read it for a while - Hope your weekend is going well!
