Mangia Monday: What's On The Menu

Last week was crazy busy around the Garner household. Jeff was in New York and I was pulling my hair out meeting an unrealistic deadline at work. Needless to say I'm a stranger in my own kitchen at the moment.
Life bites sometimes. Seriously.

But this week, it's back to our normal routine of home cooked meals and dinners together. Yay!
So I'm linking up with Laura with I'm An Organizing Junkie for Menu Plan Monday:

{Monday}

Spanish Rice

{Tuesday}

Sesame Noodles (instead of rice)

{Wednesday}

Brown Rice

{Thursday}

Mixed Greens & 2 Bean Salad

{Friday}

{Sunday After Church Lunch}

{Weekly Sweet Tooth Fix}
I baked these yesterday afternoon. So good! It'll be a miracle if they last all week.

So what dishes are y'all cooking up this week? Tell me about your best menu planning tips in the comments  and feel free to leave some links to your favorite weekly dishes as well.
Be sure to click over to Laura's blog I'm An Organizing Junkie to link-up or peruse a ton of great menus!

Mangia Mangia y'all!

these all look AMAZING. The pineapple and chicken quesadillas sound really good, I might just have to check that recipe out

OMG! You had me at quesadillas. Mexican is second only to Italian food on my household as I just love the versatility both give me as a cook.

That menu looks delish, hon, and I am dying to try the first one on the menu—should be yum. I might even sneak in a margarita with that one :)

Hope this week is loads better!!!

Those all look delish, and I would normally be swiping a few of those for my menu, but instead, I'm spending the week eating at Hominy, Tomato Shed Cafe, Husk, EVO. Yes, that's right -- I'm headed to Charleston! (Excuse the bragging... I know our fellow Carolina lover would be excited.)

The Pesto Chicken is one of my FAVORITE dishes. I've made it several times and it always seems that I never make enough.
The quesadillas have piqued my interest. I've got some leftover pineapple from making a pizza last week. Tortilla shells going on the grocery list now.

Looks like some fabulous meals. The Spicy Cashew Chicken Stir Fry with
Sesame Noodles is calling my name. I might have to borrow that idea from you:)
