Workin' For The Weekend OOTD: Last Soiree In Athens

For this week's Workin' For The Weekend OOTD post I'm linking up with Daphne at Flip Flops & Pearls for her {Semi} Wordless Wednesday post. Y'all be sure to head over to her site and link up too!

Friday Jeff & I are headed back to Athens, Georgia for one last time this football season.

We're spending the weekend with my brother & his family, and our tailgating crew, hoping to soak up some Fall fun in downtown Athens....

Do some tailgating on UGA's campus...

decked out in Georgia gear, of course...
Georgia Gameday- Go Dawgs!
To watch my beloved Dawgs beat those Kentucky Wildcats with 93,000 of our closest friends.

And if Georgia wins (and we will) we're headed to Atlanta in 2 weeks as SEC East Champions again!

Lastly, here's a random addition to {Semi} Wordless Wednesday I just had to include. Get ready to smile, giggle, and get your groove on to some Black Keys (love!)....

Is that not awesome or what, haha?! We spotted this on our dvr of The Ellen Show last night. Seeing as how Jeff & I are both huge Black Keys fans, we're officially obsessed. Last night Jeff was even doing his best Derrick Tuggle impression. He knocked a picture frame off the mantle & scared our dog half to death! White men really can't dance y'all. Bless his heart....

So what are y'all doing this weekend? Anybody have any big pre-Thanksgiving weekend plans? And who else is headed to a football game this weekend? Happy Wednesday y'all!

Sigh. I can't believe we haven't been to game in *six years*. That's what happens when you and all of your college girls start breeding. ;)

We're planning to go down twice next fall, so that is getting me through. Until then, I'm living vicariously through your blog.

Have a great time, and Go Dawgs!

Good afternoon from L.A.!

Ally, hon, have a wonderful time this weekend. I'll be cheering along with you. I may be a Rebel, but I like your team so much more then those Wildcats. Take pictures and enjoy the time with your Hubby.

Warmly,

Elizabeth

PS~Thanks so much for your kind words and well-wishes regarding Madeline's surgery. Tomorrow's the big day and though she's cool as can be, this Mama's nerves are all a-jangling.

Have an awesome weekend! Though I'm sure I didn't need to say that, haha. I'm completely in love with the ombre trend and that dress is so, so gorgeous.

I love all my Blog friends. Seriously, from the bottom of my heart, thank you for the lovely comments!

I've had such a tough few weeks at work, pulling long hours and most of my hair out. All I wanted to do tonight was come home and collapse on the couch with Jeff & Bailey dog. Then Jeff told me over dinner about all of your sweet comments the last couple of days. Truly, my cup runneth over.

Thank you so much. Have a fantastic weekend and abundant blessings to you all!
